Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from www.clarocet.co.uk via this web site and you should read them carefully. The placing of an order signifies that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. If necessary the terms and conditions may alter and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
How to Order
You can submit an order for products to www.clarocet.co.uk by completing the details required on the order page and clicking the confirm order button. You will be billed in £UK Sterling. If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Postage and packing
Postage and packing in the UK is charged at the following rates:
1 bottle – £1.50
Every extra bottle – 30p
Postage and packing on orders to the EU is charged at the following rates:
1 bottle – £1.75
Every extra bottle – 40p
Postage and packing on orders to the Rest of the World is charged at the following rates:
1 bottle – £2.25
Every extra bottle – 50p
Acceptance of order
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Payment by secure link
We use PayPal (Europe) Ltd. to handle credit/debit card payments for us. They use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). So you can be assured that ordering online with us is very secure.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. All UK orders are usually sent by First Class Post with proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the Royal Mail.
Returns
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged, we shall have no liability unless you notify us of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Please send an e-mail to sales@clarocet.co.uk and we will give you full instructions. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if you have opened them.
If you do not receive goods you ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 37 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods you receive are incorrect because of our error we will pay all carriage costs - including those for the safe return of the goods.
Refunds will be made through the credit card used for the original purchase within 7 days from receipt of returned goods.
If you wish to return items for whatever reason, please advise us by email at sales@clarocet.co.uk and full instructions will be given.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You must notify us by email at sales@clarocet.co.uk if you wish to cancel and full instructions will be given.
If your goods are returned unopened and undamaged we will accept their return and refund the cost of them, excluding our outgoing and your return postage costs.
Refunds will be made through the credit card used for the original purchase within 7 days from receipt of returned goods.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the UK. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
